Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days via PostNL. You’ll automatically receive a track & trace once your order is on its way. Just so you know — it won’t fit through the mailbox 😉.

Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders over €100. For orders under €100, we charge €4.95. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Returns
A stick has to feel right. We get it — you need time to find out if it truly fits your game. That’s why we offer a generous return window of 100 days.

Feel free to test the stick, but please don’t damage it. Only sticks in original condition can be returned. If there’s any damage, we unfortunately can’t accept the return — and that would be a shame.
